Yes. Since the test credits are tracked by the T.O.V.A. hardware, you may move the hardware and the credits will move with it. Your T.O.V.A.

When will I receive my bill for the test credits that I ordered?
We will invoice (bill) weekly for test credits ordered. You have 20 days to pay.
Where are test credits stored?
T.O.V.A. test credits and credit orders are stored on your T.O.V.A. USB device. This helps protect against computer crashes and viruses.
