The quickest way to locate your account is with your T.O.V.A. serial number. You can find it on a sticker on the bottom of your T.O.V.A. USB device. For the T.O.V.A. microswitch serial number, look on a small sticker on the microswitch plug.
In the software, you can find it by clicking ‘Help‘ on the main T.O.V.A. window. (Click the ‘Tech Support‘ button on that Help window to get help even faster.)
